Eco-Spray
The Eco-Spray range of paint finishing plants incorporates the latest paint filtration technology combined with ergonomic air processing equipment to ensure te smallest carbon footprint possible for paint finishing and coating plants.
In addition to dramatic savings on maintenance downtime, a wide range of benefits including reduced spray booth and equipment cleaning are featured in new generation eco-spray plants.
A cleaner, safer and healthier work environment is provided through careful selection of air filtration systems employed into the plant.
The design of the spray booths allow the exhaust air to flow through the working area effectively directing the paint overspray away from the coated product and spray painter reducing the possibility of paint contamination due to atomized waste paint being deposited back onto the work piece.
Performance is a combination of the correct air volume and velocity 0.5m/s to direct and control the paint overspray. Three dimensional work pieces can be sprayed with the knowledge that a perfect finish can be achieved.
A wide range of coatings can be sprayed such as primers, acrylics, waterborne, vinyls, metallics, urethanes, solvents, polyesters, twin pack and more can be applied utilizing the same spray booth filtration system with maximum paint absorbing capacity.
The spray booth structural enclosure is manufactured from fire retarding insulated panels to Fire Department regulations and provides an air tight seal to the working environment.
Shadow free LED lighting is integrated into the booth ceiling and sidewalls at a pitch of 30/45 degrees, this provides minimum 800 Lux illumination into the working area and will largely avoid shadows and reflections throughout the working area.
Thirty years of experience in the design and implementation of paint plants ensures the correct selection of equipment to be provided to the clients’ specific needs regarding long operating life, reliability and optimal efficiency.
