Paint Mix Rooms

Paint mixing and distribution rooms are an important addition to the complete painting process regarding the mixing and preparation of the paint as well as the installation of paint pumping equipment.

The room contains the key elements for blending, mixing and distribution of the paint to be used during production and provides a clean ventilated working area for the spray operators which are exposed to flammable liquids and explosive vapors.

Fresh air is introduced and exhausted out of the room enclosure ensuring that toxic air levels are minimized to a safe level utilizing continuous mechanical ventilation at the prescribed rate for the size of the room.

Shadow free lighting is provided to illuminate the working area and ensure lighting levels of 800 lux throughout the room.

The room can be free standing or incorporated into the spraybooth structure thus reducing the distance of paint transfer from the paint delivery pumps to the spray operator.
